All we can say about Popper is WOW! Popcorn locks, fineness, great head, perfect bite from one of Hemingway's best sons, Studmaster MSA Hemingway's Tequila. She produced El Dorado Patron, whose micron count is 16.9 with and SD of 3.5 at 10 months. Patron picked up a 1st place in the yearling white class at the 2010 California Classic under judge Sara Jane Maclennan. Just In! Popper herself won 1st Place for Produce of Dam at the 2010 California Classic under judges Amy Bliss-Miller and Sara Jane Maclennan. We have only bred her to MFI Pervian Providence and with wonderful results, so this year we wanted to see if she would produce color. We bred her to our color producer MSA Peruvian Brunello and we got exactly what we wanted. A fawn female who's picture is at right that we named Triple Shot. She is crimpy with long staple and soft handle. Not to mention dense like both Popper and Brunello. She will be in the Spring show lineup.
Popper will come with a breeding to any of our huacaya herdsires. But we would repeat the breeding to MSA Peruvian Brunello in a heartbeat. Get some ribbons in your barn, buy Popper at this incredible price.
