Zelda is one of our finest producing dams, whose offspring show perfect conformation, density, crimp and that perfect head. The only reason we will part with her is that she has done exactly what we required. She has given us Zeena, Zahara and Promise. Zeena, who in her first show took home a Color Champion and in 2006 her fleece was 18.7 micron. In 2009 is still holding 21.8 with and SD of 3.5 after two cria. Zahara who's 2006 fleece showed a micron count of 16.3 and at two years old still holds a 21.2 micron and SD of 4.0. And these girls are fawn. And Promise who has coveted a 1st place in a white class holds a 19.4 micron count with unbelieveable crimp, bundling and density. What more would you want in a foundation dam? This year she gave us Pistol her first male offspring. His Micron is 19.7 and he exhibits, fineness, crimp, and density. Zelda comes bred to MSA Peruvian Brunello. This should produce a fawn cria with extreme density, crimp and bundling that you just know will be in the show ring.
Zelda's sire is the well regarded Pperuvian Aladdin G209 who is also the sire of the herdires JA Dorado at Alpacas by the Sea, and CL9 Altair at Alpacas of Misty Ridge. We really hate to part with her but we have her genetics finely represented within our herd. Zelda is a great dam and her purchase represents an outstanding opportunity for quality offspring for years to come.

Peruvian Aladdin G209 was purchased by our dear friend Peg Jampolsky at the first Peruvian importation. Peruvian Aladdin G209 has never been shown. Listed below are some of Pegs fond memories from showing his fantastic progeny.
His offspring have had some excellent show results: In 1996 Virtual Vicuna, Aladdins son won 1st in Fawn at the AOBA show in Denver.
In 1997 at the Calpaca show Aladdins Mona Lisa won a 1st place ribbon over other competitive entries. Virtual Vicuna won 2ed. Virtual Vicuna won 1st at CABA.
In 1998 at AOBA Dr. Julio Sumar gave Aladdin sons 1st & 2nd in Fawn Fleece class (Pavarotti & Halebop).
In Oregon in 1998 Aladdin son Levi won 1st in black with Mike Safley judging.
At Celebrity, Aladdin son Reno took 3rd in Juvenile Fawn class (10 in class).
His daughter, Maile, won 3ed in white fleece!
That is one tough class.
In 1999 at the Celebrity Aladdins daughter Jewel won 1st place in her class.
In 1999 at the CALPACA show in Grass Valley Aladdins sons Reno and Halebop placed 2nd, and Halebop 3rd respectively with Julie Skinner judging.
In 1999 Linda Livengood reports that Aladdins son, Altair, won Spinners Choice, Knitters choice, and Best fleece in show in Oregon.
In 2000 Altair won first in his class at the Alpacapalooza in Washington. Best of all, Altair won 1st for his fleece at AOBA 2000 in Louisville, Ky.
In 2001 Aladdin son Dorado was 2nd at the Santa Fe Show, behind an excellent Snowmass entry in 2 year Fawn Class. This was a competitive show with 364 alpacas shown.
Aladdin son Altair 1st, Aladdin son Arturo 3rd in mature males class in Santa Fe
